These terms and conditions apply solely to users of www.leark.dk. The sales terms mentioned below are not related to other retailers of LÈ ARK posters.

When ordering
All ordered posters are dispatched once a week, every Thursday. This means that all orders intended for inclusion in this delivery must be placed by the end of each Tuesday to be part of this shipment. By adhering to a fixed shipping day, we minimize resource usage during production and delivery, thus reducing our environmental impact and lowering the CO2 footprint.
Shipping & delivery
Shipping is 49 DKK per order. There is free shipping on all Danish orders above 500 DKK. The order will be packed and sent within 4-6 business days. The package will be sent with GLS. or POSTNORD
Payment
Payments can be made on the website through the Stripe payment system, which accepts the following cards: Dankort, VISA, and Mastercard. Payments can also be made with Mobilepay.
Returns
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must send an email expressing your cancellation of the purchase, no later than 14 days after the purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after the cancellation. Notice of return must be provided by email to info@leark.dk.
Complaints
Any defects or deficiencies in delivery from LÈ ARK must be reported within a reasonable time of 14 days. This should be done as soon as the error is discovered and documented by sending an email to info@leark.dk, labeled "COMPLAINT" in the subject line, along with an attached image showing the reason for the complaint.
Printing & packaging
All posters purchased from leark.dk are produced at a local printing facility in Aalborg, North Jutland. When you purchase your poster from www.leark.dk, it will be shipped in secure packaging to ensure the safety of the poster during transport.
